Standard Production
Our standard production time is 3-4 weeks depending on current production volume and how long it takes you to approve digital sample. Most orders ship much faster than our full 4-week max handling time, however, during busy times, this estimate is closer to this period.
Rush Production
1-2 weeks depending on production volume and date needed by, given your digital sample has been approved. We are not to be held responsible for production delays due to delays in digital sample approval.

Not sure if you need to rush your order? During busy times, our handling time with standard production is close to 4 weeks, and standard shipping might take up to 7 business days depending on your location (given there are no unexpected delays on carrier's end, lost packages, etc). With that being said, if your items are needed within 30-45 days of purchase date, we highly recommend upgrading to rush production to guarantee they will be delivered in time.

Production cut-off time is 10:00 am Monday - Friday. Orders placed/approved after 10 am will not go into production until the next business day.
Production times are based on business days, and do not include weekends or holidays.
Domestic Shipping (Within the US)
Please allow 1 to 7 business days for transit (depending on destination) with standard shipping after your products have been printed.
Standard shipping is used with standard production (ground shipping - does not guarantee delivery date, only an estimate, give or take a couple of days).
Orders purchased with the rush production upgrade are shipped with shipping methods that guarantee delivery date.

Most of our custom printed wedding coolers orders ship from our production partner’s facility in Coldwater, OH. We use UPS for our primary shipping method.
International Shipping (Outside the US)
We currently do not accept international orders in our website, however, if you would like to place an order to be delivered outside the US, please contact with the following information and we will check if we can have it shipped to you:

If possible, and you would like to move forward with your order, we will send you an electronic invoice for payment along with your digital sample for approval.
How long does delivery take on orders outside the United States?
Allow 2 to 8 weeks for transit depending on location and customs policies when using standard shipping - included in price. (Outside the U.S. only)
Are customs and/or import fees included in the price of my order?
Please note that importing customs fees, duties, and any additional taxes associated with your purchase upon arrival IS NOT included in product or shipping prices offered to you here, and if applied to your order, you might receive a separate bill upon your package arriving in your country. Importing fees vary by country and merchandise, therefore we cannot calculate this beforehand - Please contact the Customs Agency in your country if you would like more information.
