Returns & Exchanges

Returns on non-customized items

All our non-customizable products returned in original condition have 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. All returns are subject to approval prior to refund. Restocking fees may apply. Returns will not be accepted unless they are complete. All original boxes, packing materials, parts, components and pieces must be returned to us for a return to be processed. If anything from the original product isn't included in the return, a refund or exchange will not be granted. Issues with packaging, incorrect, damaged, or missing items, or other order errors must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Orders cancelled after processing, but prior to shipping are subject to a 10% charge to cover credit card processing fees. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We make every effort to ensure that your package is packed and shipped correctly. However, from time to time occasional errors are made. If you receive an incorrect item please contact us for assistance in correcting the error. We may request that the incorrect item be returned to us at our expense.

RETURN POLICY ON CUSTOMIZED ITEMS

Due to the custom nature of our products, unless defective, misprinted, or there has been a mistake made on our end (different from sample approved), personalized items are not eligible for replacement, return, and/or refunds. If your items are defective and/or misprinted, or if you have received the wrong items, wrong personalization, or the wrong colors, please let us know and we will take care of you right away. Please make sure to include photos of the defective/wrong items received so we can forward them to our production manager in order to get it fixed for you.

Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, colors may appear slightly different on different monitors. Computer monitors are not all calibrated equally and color reproduction on the Internet is not precise. Slight color variations in product and/or print colors are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Due to the difference in material, cooler colors in foam might be slightly different than the same colors in the neoprene ones. Please keep that in mind when ordering multiple sets with the same color, but different materials (neoprene regular size coolers and foam slim coolers in the same color for example, might somewhat very in tone). These small color variations across different products and materials are within acceptable industry standards, and therefore, are eligible for replacement or refund.

Due to the nature of the production process, small imperfections in print are not considered flaws. These conditions are within acceptable industry standards, and therefore, are not considered defective and/or eligible for replacement or refund.

DAMAGED AND/OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Time is of the essence: Any broken items, defective merchandise or discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of being received. Claims will not be honored after this period! Broken or Defective Merchandise may only be exchanged for the same item, we do not offer refunds. Due to the nature of the Glass and Ceramic production process, slight variations and small imperfections are not considered flaws. Variation in materials, production equipment and firing temperature may result in variations in size, shape, glaze color, etc. These conditions are within acceptable industry standards and are not considered defective.
